FLAT AWNING / SLIDING PERGOLA SYSTEM

✅ Definition

A solar protection system consisting of tensioned fabric guided by profiles or tubes, moving through crossbars (slats) on lateral guides. Ideal for covering patios, pergolas, terraces, porches, and metal or masonry structures. Its design allows for modular shade control based on customer needs.

🏗️ Structure and Composition

Crossbars (Slats): Lacquered aluminum profiles that support the fabric and allow for its extension and retraction.
Structure: Lacquered aluminum frames that support the entire system, available in 80x40 mm, 100x100 mm, or 120x120 mm sections.
Lateral Guides: Made of extruded aluminum, allowing the fabric to slide using bearings or nylon wheels.
Brackets: Mounting brackets made of galvanized steel, stainless steel, or aluminum, depending on the surface (wall, ceiling, or metal structure).
Fabric Options:

• Solution-dyed acrylic
• Micro-perforated PVC (e.g., Soltis, Ferrari, etc.)
• Waterproof PVC
• HDPE (breathable fabric, sustainable option)

📐 Possible Configurations

• Installation between walls, on pergolas, metal or wooden structures
• Optional slope for water drainage
• Modular: multiple flat awnings can be joined for large surface coverage
• Front, side, top, or freestanding mounting
• Fixed or retractable fabric (manual or motorized)

⚙️ Operation Options

Manual: Operated by cord, pulley, crank handle, or pull rod
Motorized: Motor operated by remote control or wall switch. Compatible with home automation systems and sensors
